Dr. Nidhi Navin Sharma, a medico by profession and a counsellor by heart or healer from heart. She comes from medical background and holds an experience of 14 years in treating patients. Dr. Nidhi works closely with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families for different issues and concerns on individual and group basis. She also works with students providing them with career counselling. She has strong understanding of counselling and is skilled in psychotherapies.

She is flexible in adopting a therapeutic approach as necessitated by the needs of her patients. She has helped individuals deal with depression, anxiety, stress, anger at work or in personal life, behavioural issues and adaptation, self-esteem issues, work life balance, interpersonal concerns, communication etc.

With children and adolescents, Dr.Nidhi works on behavioural issues and adaptation, academic performance and learning problems; anxiety and emotional problems, career counselling, personality development, constructive parenting, growing up and puberty issues. She also bridges the gaps and works closely with children, school & parents.
