Refund Policy
Healic Subscription
Healic offers Monthly, Quarterly and Annual subscriptions to its customers.
Subscription Refund
All subscription has a 30 days trial period. If a customer is not happy with the service, they can ask for a full refund in the first 30 days. Post the first 30 days, subscriptions would be refunded prorated for the period that the subscription has elapsed.
Subscription Cancellation
Healic customers can cancel their subscription at any point of time by providing 7 days notice. They would not be charged in the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued in case of cancellation.
Third Party Product or Services
Healic may offer third party products or services, either as part of its subscription or separately. All third party products or services are governed by their refund and cancellation policy, that would be intimated by them directly or through Healic website.
